GARLIC LIME CHICKEN
MARINATE:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
4 broiler fryer chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
MARINATE:
Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
Place chicken in a bowl and pour sauce over all. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
TO BAKE:*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an ovenproof nonstick skillet with butter flavored cooking spray.
Remove chicken from marinade. Sprinkle with black pepper. Place chicken in single layer in prepared skillet.
Bake about 6-10 minutes on each side or chicken is done.
Serve hot or it is also delicious served cold.
*Chicken may be grilled.
