Grilled Pear Salad with Spring Greens with Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette:
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 drops Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Whisk the olive oil into the vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients and adjust the seasoning.

Grilled Pears:
4 pears - cut into 4 to 8 wedges depending on size of pears. Grill pears on medium barbecue or broil 3-5 minutes per side.

Serve on a bed of greens ie: watercress, arugula, mesculin mix.
