Spring Lettuce Salad Tossed in a Red Balsamic Vinagrette

You're gonna love it!!

1 head romaine lettuce, green leaf
1 head or red leaf romaine
1 zucchini, diced
1 summer squash, diced
1 cucumber, diced
3 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup red balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons (homemade preferably)

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Mix lettuces together; add rest of the vegetables and toss well.

Make the vinaigrette by mixing the oil, vinegar, and basil together. Pour over salad; add both cheeses, croutons, and fresh cracked black pepper.
