Pepper and Fennel Salad
1/2 cup prepared Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced*
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Bibb, Boston or leaf lettuce
8 pitted ripe olives (optional
*or use 3 ribs celery, sliced
Combine salad dressing, fennel and peppers in large bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Serve on lettuce with olives.
Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
