Holiday Cheese Crisps

I saw this on a TV show, and they're astoundingly good.
The simplest, most delicious snack I've seen recently is simply melted Parmesan cheese.
Get a lump of Parmesan and grate it, or buy FRESHLY grated cheese.
Heat a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat.
Place about a teaspoon of grated cheese onto the pan, and spread it with the back of the spoon as thin as you can. It will melt and, if you have it really thin, go lacy. Remove from the pan with a spatula and allow to cool on a wire rack. The melted cheese goes crisp and is great with drinks.
