Baked Ham

15 - 20 lb. ham
Whole cloves
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
Select a ham, remove hock bone. Wash and soak 1 hour in hot water. Place 2 or 3 plys of brown paper in pan. Place ham on paper, skin side down. Place in cold oven and turn switch to bake, at 300 to 325 degrees. Cook, allowing 18 to 25 minutes per pound. Before the last hour of cooking, remove skin and excess fat. Score and stick whole cloves in ham. Rub with remaining ingredients. Return to oven and bake 1 hour.
