Recipe(tried): Hot Wings
Appetizers and SnacksBarbara,.LA (2:09:22 PM) :
Hot wings
4-5 lbs wings
1 stick margerine
1 6 0z. Louisiana Hot sauce
paprika
Dry Ranch Dressing
Note: The wings can be pre-cut (like at Sam's) or I usually buy at the grocery store and
just cut them myself.
Fry the wings in hot oil--no seasoning or flour
Drain on paper towels to remove most of the excess oil
Melt margerine and stir in hot sauce.
Dip wings in mixture, the place wings in pan sprayed with Pam (spritzed)
Sprinkle paprika and dry dressing over wings and Bake @ 350 for apprx 30-45 min or until browned to your liking.
Ranch dressing makes a great dip for these or you can make a meal by adding any vegetables
