Recipe(tried): Ideas for sandwich maker

Our sandwich maker went with our son when he went to college and now lives with our beautiful grandson, daughter-in-law and son, but I remember using it a lot. For a change of pace, you can use flour tortillas for the bread by spraying it with non-stick spray, laying the tortilla on and filling with refried or whole pinto beans, cheese, onion, chilies, etc, topping with another tortilla, spray with non-stick spray (along with other side of maker) and close. Trim to fit and let cook according to maker directions. I also used eggroll wrappers with good results. Peanut butter, honey and banana on a good honey wheat bread is wonderful, too. Have fun!
