Indian Wells Salad Dressing
1 qt. Wesson oil
1/2 lb. blue cheese.crumbled
1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves,crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 heaping Tbsp. paprika
BLENDin a blender. let sit while you prepare salad:
IceBurg Salad
1 head iceburg lettuce,broken up
green onions,chopped
bacon, cooked & crumbled
croutons
hard-cooked eggs,chopped
Toss with dressing to taste.
