HONEY SESAME DRESSING
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey
3 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 to 2 Tablespoons grated fresh ginger root
1 small clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
Salt, to taste
Whisk together oil, vinegar and honey in small bowl.
Add sesame seeds, ginger root, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper and salt to taste; mix thoroughly.
Dressing may be stored in refrigerator, tightly covered, for up to 1 week.
Makes 1 1/3 cups
