Recipe: Italian Confetti Salad (using vegetables and Italian dressing)

ITALIAN CONFETTI SALAD

1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained*
1 (16 oz.) jar sliced carrots, drained*
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained*
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian Salad Dressing
Salad greens (optional, for serving)

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except salad greens; cover and chill.

Serve, if desired, on salad greens.

*Cooked fresh green beans, carrots and corn (about 2 cups each) may be substituted for the canned vegetables.

Makes about 6 servings
