Recipe(tried): Marinated Grilled Trout

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
This is for all of you who are married to fisherman or just those of us who like fish. I like to get mine fresh from the trout farm where they are already deboned

Fillet your trout, then put in container with lid and enough bottle italian dressing to cover. Let marinate at least 2 hours, I usually do mine about 8 hours.

Grill skin side down, until fish is flaky and done, then serve with melted butter and almonds. This is a recipe you will make over and over again. It is superb for camping if your already out catching fresh fish, or for parties.
