Meatloaf with Stove Top Stuffing Mix

I make meatloaf this way, but I don't really have a recipe. Here's the process:

Put stove top stuffing mix into mixing bowl (include the spice/flavor packet)
Add recommended amount of hot tap water (no need to boil it)
Add 1 lb. ground beef
Mix it up by hand
Pack into a baking dish and bake

Now I cook mine in a microwave, about 40 minutes or so in a covered baking dish. I don't know how long it would take in an oven, but I think it's something like 1 1/2 hours at 350 (or until done).

By the way, I like the cornbread stuffing for meatloaf, although the one "for beef" is good too, and sometimes I use the country herb and mushroom variety. Experiment! I find I don't need an egg.
