A few cautions....use oven mitts when removing the bowl from the microwave.
Have someone standing by to help with the pouring onto the cookie sheets, this
bowl gets REALLY HOT!! Please be careful. Don't make this in really humid
weather (unless, you have air conditioning) In humid weather, store in container
in fridge (gets really sticky otherwise). Don't double this recipe, it doesn't
turn out right. With all that said, here's the recipe. Enjoy!!!

2 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 cups raw peanuts
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Baking sheets sprayed with Pam

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a large microwave safe bowl(I used a 3
quart casserole dish). Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir in peanuts.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in margarine. Microwave
on high for 10 minutes...stirring twice. Take bowl out of microwave and stir
in vanilla and baking soda. Immediately pour onto 2 large greased baking sheets
(I sprayed with Pam). Let cool and crack. This will harden pretty quickly.

Again, please be careful..I can't say enough about how HOT the bowl gets.
