Recipe: Oriental Shrimp Kabobs (using cream of tomato soup and orange juice)

ORIENTAL SHRIMP KABOBS

1 (10 3/4 ounces) can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, shelled and deveined

Mix soup, orange juice, soy, oil and ginger in large shallow nonmetallic dish, Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour,

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Remove shrimp from marinade. On 6 long skewers, thread shrimp.

TO GRILL: Place kabobs on lightly oiled grill rack over medium coals. Grill uncovered 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning and brushing often with marinade.

OR TO BROIL: Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning and brushing often with marinade,

TO SERVE:
Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with shrimp.
