Recipe: Pear Waldorf Salad

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
Pear Waldorf Salad

Servings: 4

4 pears, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
2 medium stalks celery, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Toss all ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired.
