Recipe(tried): Chinese Cabbage Salad

Chinese Cabbage Salad

1- Package shredded Slaw Mix
1- small package Ramen Noodles (chicken flavor)
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1- cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2- teaspoons butter

Put flavor packet from noodles in small pan with vinegar, oil, sugar, salt & pepper, heat until sugar dissloves. Set aside to cool.

In a small skillet toast sesame seeds and almonds in butter. Cool.

Just before serving combine everything and toss lightly.
