Simple Dinner in One Hour

Rib-Eye Steak on the Grill
Baked Sweet Potato with Brown Sugar, Butter and Cinnamon
Fresh Green Beans Southern StyleTonight I did not get home til 6PM and had to think of something to cook by 7PM as I was famished! I popped two sweet potatoes in the oven after buttering them up and putting foil on them, 350 for 1 hour. I took them out and put butter, cinnamon and brown sugar on them .

I marinated rib-eye steaks in garlic powder, onion, powder and slathered garlic butter on them so that I could grill them the last 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I washed and snapped the end off fresh green beans, put 2 strips of bacon in a pot with a splash of olive oil and 1/2 cup up onion and 1 minced garlic, sauteed that, threw the beans in with 1 cup water and put on med-low til tender.

We ate the most delicious dinner in an hour! No dessert tonight, too many lately!! This was better than Roadhouse Grill the other night!! Yum Yum!!!
