Recipe: Raspberry-Pear Cobbler - Nancy, is this it?

RASPBERRY-PEAR COBBLER

FRUIT MIXTURE:
1 (10 ounce)-package frozen red raspberries, thawed
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 medium pears, peeled, cored and sliced (2 1/2 cups)
BATTER:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

FOR FRUIT MIXTURE:
Drain berries, reserve syrup and add water to make 1 cup.

In saucepan combine 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and spice; stir in syrup mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.

Stir in berries and pears; heat through. Pour into 1 1/2-quart round baking dish.

FOR BATTER:
Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Mix egg, sour cream and butter; add to flour mixture. Blend well. Drop by spoonfuls atop bubbling fruit mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
