Roasted Salmon Japanese Style
3 tablespoons low sodium tamari
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sake
2 pounds salmon fillets or striped bass fillets
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Combine the first 3 ingredients and pour over the salmon to marinate for 1 hour.
Roast salmon for 15-18 minutes (10-12 minutes per inch of thickness).
Servings: 6
