Recipe: Scotch-A-Roos

Scotch-A-Roos
From: Judy..Oregon

Bring to boil:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo corn syrup
Stir in:
1 cup peanut butter
Add:
6 cups Rice Krispies mix well
Press into 9x13 buttered dish.
In microwave melt:
6 oz butterscotch chips
6 oz chocolate chips
Spread over top of first layer.
These are great for kids parties, I usually place a candy corn on the top.
Cut into squares.
