Dulce de Naranja (Orange Peel Dessert)

8 sour oranges, peeled, and quartered
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 cinnamon sticksQuitale la corteza a las naranjas y pongala en agua a cubrir. Cambiale la agua cada 15 minutos. A lo ultimo las pone a herbir con azucar y canela hasta que la miel se ponga espesa. Cuando esten se ponen en pomitos.

Pollo Con Naranja Agria

Marinate the chicken pieces in the abovea overnight.
Fry the pieces the next day in a little bit of olive oil.
