Southern-Style Sausage Dressing
Jimmy Dean's Recipe
From: Cha.Cha,.Mi
1 lb. jimmy dean sage sausage
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cups crumbled cornbread
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans chicken broth
Saute sausage, celery, and onion. In large bowl combine sausage and remaining ingredients. Blend well. Stuff according to roasting directions.
