Recipe: Spiced Honey

Toppings - Assorted
Spiced Honey

2 cups Light-colored honey
1 Vanilla bean, split
1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
2 whole star anise

In a small saucepan or a miccrowave, heat the honey until just warmed.

Place the spices in the bottom of a decorative spring-top or canning jar.

Pour the warm honey over the spices in the jar. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 week to meld flavors.
