Recipe: Spicy Pecans

2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
l/4 cup cornstarch
1 egg white
2 Tbsp water
Pecan halves
Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cornstarch in a shallow dish.
Beat 1 egg white with 2 Tbsp water.
Dip nuts into beaten egg white. Coat with the spice mixture.
Place pecans on a cookie sheet and back at 250 for 30 minutes. Stir often.
