Spicy Sausage Casserole
1 pound Pork Kielbasa OR Smoked Hot Sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (6 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pound (4 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, diveded
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli, cooked
Preheat oven to 375F.
Spread rice in baking dish, followed by sausage, water chestnuts, 1 cup cheese and broccoli. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes (when the cheese is bubbly).
Makes 6 to 8 servings
