ISO: 40 loaves of sweet dough

Misc.
I own a coffee house and have inadvertantly ended up with 40 loaves of pre-proofed sweet dough. It is cranberry orange. Very nice bread but I do not have a need for bread. I thought it was going to be a quickbread. Anyway, does anyone have a recipe that I could use this dough in (other than cinnamon buns) that may be interesting for my morning coffee drinkers??

thanks,
Monica in Regina.
