ISO: Apricot-Jalapeno Jelly sounds great, but how can I use fresh fruit??

Misc.
I love the combination of hot and sweet in jams, jellies and preserves, but would love to know how I can use wonderful fresh apricots and other fresh stone fruits for a hot/sweet combo. Can I get some help? Thanks!
