Recipe: Cranberry-Strawberry Jam

Cranberry-Strawberry Jam

Yield: 8 (10 oz.) jars

2 cups cranberries
2 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
5 1/2 cups sugar
1 pkg. powdered pectin

Grind cranberries; combine with strawberries in large saucepan. Add sugar and pectin; mix well. Bring to a full rolling boil; boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skill off foam with a metal spoon. Stir and skim for 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Process in water bath canner for 10 minutes.
