ISO: Beef and Red Macaroni

Women's Day - 1967 recipe for Beef and Red Macaroni. It is my son's favorite - he is coming for a short visit and has requested I make it - It's been 20 years since I've made it and I've lost the recipe. It's made with round steak - not hamburger.
