ISO: Boston Cream Pie Solution for Sticking
Misc. Please help. Every time I have made Boston Cream Pie, the cakes have stuck to the pans like glue. I have purchased new non-stick pans, oiled and floured them, and still have the same problem. My mother says that it must be the recipe. Anyone have any suggestions? Could someone forward me their recipe for comparison? I would appreciate it. Lulubelle
