I love a challange. I hvae some questions for you.
How far off was the newspaper recipe?

Does this restaurant have an ethnic theme? Is it a specific Mediterranian Country? How about the owner's country of origin?

What does this sauce look like? Pale, golden, green flecks, lumps of garlic?

What do you think is the base? Mayo+sour cream+yogurt?

Is it serve hot, warm or cool?

Then there is always going through the garbage...LOL!!
