ISO: Half Moon Cookies - Making them round

First thanks for the recipe. From Utica and moved to Florida in late 80's miss the pusties, tomatoe pie and half moons. I travel there a few times a year and bring them back.

We did the recipe and yes they are the orginal however there is probably a trick in making them round and uniform.
