ISO: Holiday Salad with Lettuce, Peanuts, Apples

I have lost my Holiday Salad recipe, from My Great Recipes.. it was in the section of Salads and Their Dressings.. It has lettuce, peanuts, apples, pomegrant seeds/mandarine oranges and a red wine vinegar dressing.. very good..I am desperate been searching all over my house..
