ISO: Hot House Enchilada Sauce

Does anyone have any specifics on measurements for this Hot House Enchilada Sauce recipe? Such as what exactly is a large can of Chicken Broth size and what size bottles of spices.

The last time I went to the restaurant (years ago) a waitress said something about cinnamon candy (Hot tamales) which doesn't make sense because my mom was going to the Hot House in the 1930's. Was she pulling my leg or is there a chili powder that has more of a cinnamon essence to it?

Can anyone help clarify? Thank you.
