ISO: Inka Grill in Huntington Beach alfredo-like spaghetti dish made with spinach

Misc.
My bf and I love going to this place which I think is similar to the Pollo Inka you all talk about. Its hard to believe that I travel on Euclid in anaheim all the time and I never knew there was a peruvian restuarant that was as close as Pollo Inka is. I stumbled across your guys' posts because I was in love with the Aji sauce. Thank you so much for whoever posted the recipe! It took me ages to even figure out what it was called. anyway, moving on, dont know if Pollo Inka has a similiar menu or not but there was this really good pasta dish. It was a creamy alfredo-like spaghetti dish except made with spinach. It was out of this world with the green aji sauce. They serve it with a choice of panfried and tenderized chicken or steak. anyone know which dish im talkin about?
