Hi, again Brad. I was clicking around and found this, but you have probably already found it as well. I looked at quite a few recipes and they all seem to be variations on the same ingredients:
Aji Sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 whole Aji Pepper, ground
Fry finely chopped onion in oil. Add chopped parsley and ground Aji. Add a little water and cook until onion is tender.
I'm intrigued and would love to find out what this sauce tastes like. I'll probably never get to Anaheim again since the kids are grown! Good luck.
