ISO: Aji - Peruvian Green Chili Sauce

I was taken out on a date to a restaurant called "Pollo Inka". I had never been there before and the food was great. Getting to the point, they had a green chili sauce called Aji. The ingredents include jalepenos, bread, lettuce and lemon juice. But, when I asked them for the recipe on how to make it, the declined. So to anyone out there, please help! My date and possible future husband loves it, and I would love to suprise him one day by making it! Thank You!
