ISO: kneading paddles stick in bread!

Misc.
Ya really! Why the heck do those stupid kneading things get stuck in my beautiful loaf of bread? AND THEN I have to ruin the bottom of it to get them out!? GEESH!! I thought maybe something was wrong with me! ha ha! (what a relief that im not the only one experiencing this!)
Any suggestions?
