Fustrated with the B2300!

Misc.
Don -

I too bought the B2300 to replace my old B2005 and am I extremly disapointed! I have tried the recipes from the B2005 manual and they don't work! They don't rise and turn out to be just a hard pile of dough! Yuck!

When I make dough it's hit or miss and it doesn't always turn out which is incredibly frustrating!

The very first loaf I made turned out but stuck to the bottom of the pan and after shaking the pan for what seemed like hours!

This just doesn't seem to compare to the B2005! I'm thinking about pitching this one in the garbage and going out to by another B2005 if I can find one!

Thanks for letting me vent and glad to know there is someone else out there struggling with this!

Becky
