re: Black and Decker B2300- I cook them all on the light crust setting
Misc.I recently bought a Black and Decker B2300 and think it's fantastic. I have made about 10 different kinds of bread (two and three pound loaves) and dough, and have only had one loaf that was a little heavy. We found the three pound loaves a little too big so I get my two pound recipes off the internet. The first loaf was a little overcooked so now I always bake on the light setting. Sometimes the paddles come out on their own and sometimes I have to cut them out. I think it depends on the type of bread. It's really isn't much of an inconvenience. My only complaint is that I find the display hard to read in dim light.
