ISO: Looking for a Mexican Cabbage Salad recipe Please

Hi!
I would love if someone could help me out with a recipe for Mexican Cabbage Salad. I tried to get the recipe from the restaurant El Norte, but they wouldn't give me the complete recipe. It is oil and vinegar based with salt and pepper. It's marinated, but still very crunchy. It seems like maybe the cabbage is soaked in salt water first? I don't know. Or if you know of another similar, that would be great also. There's also another one made by Island Brother's Teriyaki which is cabbage with a sweeter flavor, but still vinegar-based, rather than mayo based.
