I make a cabbage salad recipe from Honduras that you may like. I shred cabbage into very thin strips. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt, and cumin. It takes approx. 3 lemons to a whole head of cabbage. After I finish tossing it, I add a few tomato slices on top. A very low calorie, but tasty, side dish.
