ISO: Looking for an Orange Sponge Cake made with Corn Starch
Misc.My mother-in-law first got this recipe from a the North Bay Nugget in the late 60's. The Orange sponge cake was extremely easy to make and could be baked in either an angel food tin or a Bundt pan. The only other uniqye thing she can remember is that corn starch was an ingredient. Apparently this cake was a huge hit with the kids but she lost the recipe in a house fire.
I would score major points if I could track this recipe down.
