ISO: Please help me find recipes for main dishes that feed 200 people that are tasty

I am interested in INEXPENSIVE and tasty main dishes I can make for my church group of about 200 people, aged toddler to senior citizen. Please do not get too exotic! We Nebraskans like the familiar foods like meat and potatoes! Thanks so much!
