I would really like to help you but I'm not very good at using my computor, basically aligning information for a recipe. There is a cookbook called " the Best Czech Cooking and Collected Recipes of Helen Fiala"you'll find the recipe for the poppy seed roll and 225 pages of other great recipes. I'm just a guy that likes to cook , not type. I have tried many ways of preparing poppyseed rolls but have settled on the recipe in this book Everything is from scratch, easy to makebut a little time consuming. Delicious and just like my mother used to make. If you would e-mail me at slick@midway.tds.net I'll scan the recipe and send it. If someone would know how to attach a scanned document to the message board I'll give it a try. It's a good poppy seed recipe , I'd like to share it P.S. solved the problem of grinding poppy-seed also.
