recipe for Cabbage Pizza (Pagach)

Misc.

Maracell, I'm hoping you can help us find a recipe for what we think is a
Czech or Slovakian dish. My friend's church's Ladies Guild used to make
many of these pizza-like rounds & sell them; they were topped with a shredded
cabbage mixture and baked. They are totally out of this world! My friend
calls them "pagach" (phoenetic spelling), but it may be spelled "pagace".
If anyone knows how to make this terrific "cabbage pizza" & would post the
recipe, we would be sooo grateful!
