ISO: Czech and Slovak recipes

I'm looking for good tried and true Czech and Slovak recipes (please do not direct me to Soar, or any such sites --- I appreciate it, really I do, but I think I have exhausted every one of them the Web has to offer!) I am really looking hard for a nice Poppy seed roll made from scratch using poppy seed mixtures made from scratch -- where I live there are no Poppy seed mixtures you can buy (Where I live, I don't think any one even knows what or where Czech or Slovak is, much less about any other European Slavic country. I am also searching for a nice prune or cottage cheese bun (I think someone else was looking for similar things?? in previous posts???) I cannot eat saurkraut or cream based dishes, so I don't need those recipes, but maybe other people on the net may like to see them? Does anyone know how to cook fried cabbage? I am wondering if there is other stuff you add to it, or do you just cut it up and fry? Also, does anyone know how to make Slovak Cabbage Rolls? Thnx in advance.
