ISO: Sauce for fish
Misc.I have been looking for a nice sauce to put on top of fish. What I would like to do is bake or poach the fish with a little wine and herbs. Then to serve the fish I am looking for a simple sauce to 'cling' to the fish and not run off. Any ideas?
