ISO: St. Louis Deep Dish (non gooey) Butter Cake
Misc.Do you use self-rising cake flour? I don't see any baking soda/powder in this recipe. How does the top portion of the cake rise?
I am using the recipe for the bottom of the gooey butter cake for this cake....it's in the oven now.
